I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet area ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Good location for Lunen and at a decent price, basic facilities but fine for a business trip.
Car parking is a bit quirky, have to back out to your car and put an A4 laminated sheet on the dashboard for which you pay a €10 deposit. No bar so limited for socialising.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the centre of Dortmund for less than other hotels. It is also situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are simple but clean and functional with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast service is ample and satisfying, with a good selection of food. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the stay more enjoyable.
Some staff members were not particularly welcoming to international guests, making communication difficult for non-German speakers.

The hotel location was very convenient, only a 20-minute train ride from the city center. the clean and comfortable rooms were a great surprise, with a decent power shower and a cozy bed. the breakfast options were varied and satisfying.
The service received was not always the friendliest one. Some staff members seemed annoyed when trying to communicate in English, and the lack of ironing facilities was a bit of a setback.

Great stay for a romantic escape! The artwork all around the hotel created such a cool atmosphere. We loved walking around and taking it all in. The breakfast was delicious and filling, offering both hot and cold options. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The staff seemed a bit distant and didn't offer any extra help or recommendations when asked. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating to match the coolness of the art throughout the hotel.
